Picture this, it's a beautiful day, your entire family is out in the yard having a BBQ, and all of a sudden you hear a barrage of gunshots coming from your neighbor's yard. Do you 1.) stand there like nothing is going on, or 2.) run like hell and find cover? 

If you answered 2, well congrats, you'll live another day, and if you answered 1, you're mostly likely one of these brainiacs. 

Gun and American are a paring as iconic as peanut butter and jelly. So we shouldn't cast too much judgment when a group of us show zero reaction to hearing a gun go off in the middle of the day. 

The video is only 17 seconds long, though for us watching the family stuck in inaction, it sure felt a heck of a lot longer.
